Not all services are available in every location.

02 — Estimates

Any estimate provided through our website, by phone, by email, by text message, or through future mobile applications is an estimate only.

Final pricing may change based on:

• Site conditions

• Materials

• Scope changes

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Customer-requested changes

No estimate constitutes a binding construction contract or agreement to perform work unless and until the applicable agreement is accepted by the parties.

03 — Photo Uploads

You may voluntarily upload photographs of your property for estimate or project-planning purposes.

By uploading photographs, you confirm that:

• You own the property or have authorization to request services relating to the property.

• The images do not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

• You authorize Alcazar Home Services to use the images for evaluating requested work, preparing estimates, planning projects, communicating with you, and maintaining project records.

We do not sell your uploaded images.

04 — Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Appointment and arrival times are estimates and may occasionally change because of circumstances including:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Project delays

• Emergencies

• Material availability

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

05 — Home Maintenance Plans

Alcazar Home Services may offer recurring home maintenance plans.

Separate plan-specific terms, pricing, service schedules, cancellation provisions, or other conditions may apply to those plans.

Maintenance plans may include recurring inspections, maintenance services, discounts, priority scheduling, or other benefits as described when a plan is offered.

06 — SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: Alcazar Home Services SMS

Customers who voluntarily opt in to SMS communications from Alcazar Home Services may receive text messages related to services they request, including:

• Estimate requests and updates

• Appointment confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Technician arrival notifications

• Project and service updates

• Customer support

• Other communications related to requested services

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Alcazar Home Services.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently provide consent again.
